Konto löschen

Du kannst dein Biolyze-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen. Die Löschung wirkt sofort und ist unwiderruflich: Deine Scans, dein Schrank, deine Tagesantworten, deine Blutwerte und dein Profil werden von unseren Servern entfernt und auch auf deinem Gerät zurückgesetzt.

In der App — drei Schritte

Öffne Biolyze und wechsle zum Tab Ich.
Tippe unten auf Einstellungen.
Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige.

Es ist keine Anfrage bei uns nötig — die Löschung läuft sofort.

Was gelöscht wird

Profil, Ziele, Themen, Zustände und Medikamente
alle Scans, Produktfotos und Bewertungen
Schrank, Einnahmeplan und Einnahmeverlauf
Tagesantworten, Journal-Einträge und erkannte Muster
Blutwerte und hochgeladene Laborbefunde
Push-Token, Benachrichtigungseinstellungen und Einwilligungen
der Zugang selbst

Auf deinem Gerät leert die App zusätzlich ihren lokalen Speicher und den geschützten Systemspeicher, sodass keine Sitzung zurückbleibt.

Was bestehen bleibt

Anonymisierte Verbesserungsdaten. Text-Paare zur Verbesserung unserer Analyse verlieren im Moment der Löschung jede Verbindung zu dir. Sie enthalten weder Namen noch E-Mail noch Kontokennung und sind dir nicht mehr zuzuordnen.

Kaufbelege. Wo ein Kauf stattgefunden hat, verlangen Handels- und Steuerrecht die Aufbewahrung der Rechnungsdaten für die gesetzliche Frist. Diese Belege enthalten keine Gesundheitsdaten.

Wichtig zum Abonnement: Abrechnung und Kündigung laufen über Apple bzw. Google, nicht über uns. Das Löschen deines Biolyze-Kontos beendet ein laufendes Abonnement nicht — kündige es in den Einstellungen deines App-Store- oder Play-Store-Kontos.

Ohne Zugriff auf die App

Hast du kein Gerät mehr zur Hand, schreib an info@biolyze-health.com mit dem Betreff Konto löschen. Schick die Nachricht möglichst von der E-Mail-Adresse, die mit deinem Konto verknüpft ist, oder nenne uns ungefähr, seit wann du Biolyze nutzt. Wir bestätigen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen, in der Regel binnen weniger Werktage.

Deine weiteren Rechte

Statt zu löschen kannst du auch eine Kopie deiner Daten anfordern, Angaben berichtigen oder einzelnen Verarbeitungen widersprechen. Die vollständige Übersicht steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Biolyze account at any time, yourself. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your scans, your shelf, your daily answers, your blood values and your profile are erased from our servers and reset on your device.

In the app — three steps

Open Biolyze and go to the Me tab.
Tap Settings at the bottom of the list.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

No support request is needed — deletion happens straight away.

What gets deleted

profile, goals, topics, conditions and medications
every scan, product photo and score
shelf, intake plan and intake history
daily answers, journal entries and detected patterns
blood values and uploaded lab reports
push tokens, notification preferences and consent records
the account itself

On your device the app additionally clears its local storage and secure system storage, so no session remains.

What remains

Anonymised improvement data. Text pairs used to improve our analysis lose every link to you at the moment of deletion. They contain no name, no email and no account identifier, and cannot be attributed to you.

Purchase records. Where a purchase was made, commercial and tax law require retention of invoice data for the statutory period. These records contain no health data.

Important about subscriptions: billing and cancellation run through Apple or Google, not through us. Deleting your Biolyze account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

Without access to the app

If you no longer have a device to hand, write to info@biolyze-health.com with the subject Account deletion. Please send it from the email address linked to your account, or tell us roughly when you started using Biolyze. We confirm deletion within 30 days, usually within a few working days.

Your other rights

Instead of deleting, you may also request a copy of your data, correct entries, or object to specific processing. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
