Stand: 22. August 2026Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Biolyze-App und der zugehörigen Dienste, angeboten von A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO, Dubai.
1. Leistungsumfang
Biolyze liest Produktetiketten, ordnet Inhaltsstoffe, Formen und Dosierungen ein und begleitet dich bei der Einnahme. Grundfunktionen sind kostenlos; erweiterte Funktionen sind Teil eines Abonnements.
2. Kein Medizinprodukt
Biolyze ist kein Medizinprodukt und stellt keine Diagnosen. Die App beschreibt und ordnet ein — sie behandelt nicht. Sie ersetzt zu keinem Zeitpunkt die Beratung durch Ärztinnen, Ärzte oder Apotheken. Bei Beschwerden, vor dem Absetzen von Medikamenten und in Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit hole ärztlichen Rat ein.
3. Abonnement und Zahlung
Abonnements werden über deinen App-Store-Account abgerechnet und verlängern sich automatisch, sofern du sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf kündigst. Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen ausschließlich in den Einstellungen deines App-Store- bzw. Play-Store-Kontos. Ein Löschen des Biolyze-Kontos beendet ein laufendes Abonnement nicht.
4. Widerrufsrecht
Für digitale Inhalte gelten die Bestimmungen des jeweiligen App Stores. Erstattungsanfragen richtest du direkt an Apple bzw. Google.
5. Deine Pflichten
- Du machst wahrheitsgemäße Angaben, soweit du Angaben machst.
- Du nutzt die App nicht missbräuchlich und umgehst keine Sicherheitsmechanismen.
- Du lädst keine Inhalte hoch, an denen Dritte Rechte halten.
6. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns um einen durchgehend verfügbaren Dienst, schulden aber keine bestimmte Verfügbarkeit. Wartungsfenster und Störungen sind möglich.
7. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Im Übrigen haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Für Entscheidungen, die du auf Grundlage der App-Inhalte triffst, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
8. Kündigung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen — siehe Konto löschen. Wir können das Nutzungsverhältnis bei erheblichen Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen beenden.
9. Änderungen
Wir informieren dich über Änderungen dieser Bedingungen in der App. Widersprichst du nicht innerhalb von sechs Wochen, gelten sie als angenommen.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt.

1. Scope of service
Biolyze reads product labels, places ingredients, forms and dosages in context, and accompanies you through your intake routine. Core features are free; extended features are part of a subscription.
2. Not a medical device
Biolyze is not a medical device and makes no diagnoses. The app describes and contextualises — it does not treat. It never replaces advice from doctors or pharmacists. If you have complaints, before discontinuing any medication, and during pregnancy or breastfeeding, seek medical advice.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation happen exclusively in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting your Biolyze account does not cancel an active subscription.
4. Right of withdrawal
For digital content, the terms of the respective app store apply. Refund requests go directly to Apple or Google.
5. Your obligations
- Any information you provide should be truthful.
- You will not misuse the app or circumvent security mechanisms.
- You will not upload content to which third parties hold rights.
6. Availability
We aim for a continuously available service but do not warrant any particular level of availability. Maintenance windows and outages are possible.
7. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. We accept no liability for decisions you make on the basis of app content.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app — see Delete account. We may terminate the relationship in case of serious breaches of these terms.
9. Changes
We will notify you of changes to these terms in the app. If you do not object within six weeks, they are deemed accepted.
10. Governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
