Terms of Service

The Service is provided by A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“Biolyze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Biolyze, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Biolyze is an educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition. The analyses, nutrition recommendations, supplement protocols, and meal plans we generate are based on AI interpretation of your lab values against published reference ranges.

Always consult a qualified physician before making changes to your diet, supplementation, medication, or treatment plan. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

To use the iOS or Android apps with full features (history, trend tracking, push notifications), you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time at biolyze.app/personal or in-app under Settings → Account → Delete account.

5.1 Web (pay per scan). The website offers one-off purchases at €4.99 (1 scan), €9.99 (3 scans), and €24.99 (10 scans). All prices include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5.2 Mobile apps (subscriptions and one-off scans). Subscriptions and one-off purchases in the iOS and Android apps are billed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play account settings.

5.3 Currency. Prices are displayed in EUR (€) by default. Local currencies and amounts may vary based on your store region and exchange rates.

Web purchases. Because each scan begins immediate digital processing, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) once the analysis has been delivered. Refunds for unused scans within a multi-scan pack may be requested within 14 days by emailing info@biolyze-health.com.

Apple App Store / Google Play purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly under their published policies.

You agree not to:

• upload data on behalf of another person without their consent;
• upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product or train AI models;
• circumvent security or rate-limiting controls.

The Service, including all software, AI models, designs, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The lab data you upload remains yours.

Outputs (analyses, plans, recommendations) are generated by large language models. Despite our best efforts, AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional medical advice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI output for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any other reason consistent with applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the on-shore Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the European Union retain the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence.
